Foundation Constructors, Inc. is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Vice President of Estimating & Business Development. The position will be based out of Oakley, California and has responsibility for both the Northern and Southern California locations.

Key responsibilities include: the professional development of the estimating staff, assuming a lead role on major projects, the assignment of work amongst the staff, general estimating oversight, managing and developing key account and supplier relationships, revenue and backlog generation, marketing, and contributing leadership, integrity, and direction to the company.

The successful candidate will also possess exceptional skills in communication, negotiations, problem solving, and proven leadership experience. A strong background in the heavy civil, industrial, and commercial construction market is necessary. Prior experience in drilled and driven deep foundation solutions, shoring systems, and related activities are a significant plus, as well as a degree in civil engineering or construction management.
